On November 8th, Americans across the nation will cast our ballots to select our public servants from the local level to the federal.
In addition to the local elections, several states are holding races to elect key offices like governors, attorneys general, secretaries of state, and state representatives. At the federal level, all 435 seats in the U.S. House of Representatives and 35 out of the 100 seats in the U.S. Senate are up for election.
Depending on how ‘We the People’ vote, this midterm election will decide which party will control the two chambers of Congress. This will determine whether or not President Joe Biden and the Democratic Party’s leftist, socialist policies will pass and be enacted into law.
Why is it important to vote?
The importance of voting in November’s midterm election cannot be overstated! Conservative Americans must not be complacent in their civic duty to vote against the Biden Administration’s progressive agenda.
The deadline to register to vote is fast approaching.
Proverbs 29:2 says, “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; but when a wicked man rules, the people groan.”
Wickedness has indeed been ruling America and the people’s groans have grown louder and louder.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we experienced first-hand how quickly our government can descend into tyranny. Under the guise of ‘public health,’ certain governors, mayors, and elected officials wielded the force of the government to strip us of our constitutional rights and freedoms.
Let’s not forget what they did:
- Shut down churches and even banned singing during worship while abortion clinics, liquor stores, and strip clubs were kept open for business.
- Shut down businesses, made criminals out of law-abiding citizens who just wanted to keep their stores open, and bankrupted thousands of small businesses while enriching large corporations and their own pockets.
- Shut down schools and isolated children at home for months.
- Restricted our right to peacefully assemble together while violent protests in some of our nation’s largest cities were allowed to continue.
- Refused to let family members visit their dying loved ones in the hospital.
- Forced us to wear face masks in public or be arrested and shamed as grandma killers.
- Forced employees to get vaccinated without informed consent or be fired from their jobs, violating the Nuremberg Code.
- Forced businesses to refuse service to the unvaccinated, treating them like second-class citizens.
- Censored and silenced dissenting scientific voices that went against their agenda.
Conservative Americans are waking up and their vote is CRUCIAL
Has there ever been a time in American history when the government had so forcibly come down on the American people and stripped us of our basic rights in every aspect of our lives? Not even King George III behaved as tyrannically towards the colonists as we have seen some of our government leaders behave towards us!
The COVID-19 pandemic and lockdowns woke a lot of us up. Our government has become far too powerful. Ronald Reagan said, “As government expands, liberty contracts.” Dennis Prager said it this way: “The bigger the government, the smaller the citizen.”
Although the pandemic is now over and we’ve taken back some of those rights, the damage has already been done. But it seems our troubles with the government aren’t over yet.
In the last couple of years, the Biden Administration’s incompetence and leftist, globalist policies have further destroyed the American way of life. His agenda has been furthered by the fact that the Democrats took control of both the House and the Senate after the 2020 elections.
Currently, America is experiencing record high inflation which we haven’t seen since the 1980s. All that government intervention—shutting down the economy and printing trillions of dollars—has wreaked havoc on our economy.
At the border, the U.S. shattered the record for illegal border crossings in the fiscal year 2022. The Democrats aren’t stopping the flow of migrants from coming and bringing in sex traffickers, criminals, and fentanyl through our borders. No, the White House has denied we even have a border crisis!
On the first day of Biden’s presidency, he canceled the Keystone XL pipeline through executive order. We had become energy independent under President Trump. We are now relying on our foreign enemies to produce oil for us—and enriching them. Who thought this was a good idea?
At the same time, the Democratic Party is pushing its climate agenda and trying to ban fossil fuels and nuclear energy, and force us to switch to ‘green energy’ which is unreliable and not green at all. This will only drive up energy costs for the American people. Look no further than Europe’s energy crisis to see how that will turn out.
Vote to protect our children and our future
The left’s government overreach extends even to our children. Radical transgender activists are indoctrinating our children through public schools and pushing children to transition with dangerous hormones, even to mutilate their bodies without parental consent. Who will protect our children?
With the overturning of Roe v. Wade, the battle over abortion has been returned to the states. Several pro-life states had ‘trigger laws’ in place which became effective when Roe v. Wade was overturned, effectively banning legal abortion. Several pro-abortion states, however, have gone in the opposite direction. Governor Gavin Newsom is set on making California the abortion sanctuary state of America, expanding abortion access up to the time of birth and forcing Californians to pay for it, even for out-of-state residents!
How the conservative vote can make a difference
Thankfully, there is a remedy. If we don’t like the direction our city, county, state, or nation is going, we have the power to fire our elected officials. Our Founding Fathers set up our republican government where ‘We the People’ decide who will govern us.
This form of government is, in fact, based on the Bible. Exodus 18:21 says, “But select capable men from all the people—men who fear God, trustworthy men who hate dishonest gain—and appoint them as officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens.”
Christians have been asleep for far too long while a leftist minority has taken over positions of power in the local and federal government, pushing its radical, leftist agenda on unsuspecting Americans. If our government has become corrupt and evil, it’s because righteous men and women have abdicated these positions.
Who determines whether a wicked man rules over us? In a Republic, ‘We the People’ decide!
It is imperative that Christians and patriots vote out unrighteous leaders and vote in righteous leaders who value biblical principles and will govern based on our Constitution.

- Call up friends and family to register to vote
- Hold a voter registration drive at your church or in your community
- Get informed about the candidates on your ballot and what they stand for
