Remember The Fallen on Memorial Day – Patriot Mobile Honors Our Fallen Heroes

On this Memorial Day, Patriot Mobile remembers the brave men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice to ensure America’s freedom and safety.

As America’s ONLY Christian conservative wireless provider, Patriot Mobile fervently supports our military and veterans. In fact, we give a portion of every dollar earned to organizations that align with our Four Pillars of Giving, one of which is our Military, Veterans, and First Responder heroes.

This year, we’re blessed to give towards Folds of Honor, an incredible non-profit organization on a mission “to honor the sacrifice of America’s heroes, while giving hope to the bearers of their legacy.” Folds of Honor provides life-changing scholarships to the spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled military service members and first responders. Since its founding, the organization has given 44,000 educational scholarships to military and first responder families! Patriot Mobile has proudly given to Folds of Honor for several years. Our donation this year provided approximately ten scholarships to students in need.

This month during Military Appreciation Month, the Patriot Mobile team gladly sponsored and participated in the Folds of Honor North Texas Golf Classic. Our staff played golf in the tournament and volunteered with the organizers of the event, helping to raise thousands of dollars for military families.

Patriot Mobile also proudly supports the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. Born from the tragedy of 9/11, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation carries out its mission to “do good,” by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and Fallen First Responder families. We love participating in the Tunnel to Towers Foundation’s 5k every year to show our support for this amazing organization. In observance of Memorial Day, Tunnel to Towers proudly announced that it has delivered 30 mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and Fallen First Responder families!

This Memorial Day Weekend, we are proudly sponsoring NASCAR No. 15 car driven by JJ Yeley for the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. In a meaningful tribute, the No. 15 Patriot Mobile car will honor the memory of US Army Staff Sergeant Michael A. Dickinson II, who gave his life defending America’s freedom while serving in Iraq on July 17th, 2006. The car features Sergeant Dickinson’s name prominently on the corner of the windshield in honor of his sacrifice and commitment to serving our country.

As we enjoy this long weekend with our family and friends, let’s take some time to thank God for America’s freedom and security, paid for by the selfless acts of our military service members. Let us also remember, honor, and pray for the families of our fallen heroes.

“Greater love has no one than this, to lay down one’s life for his friends.” John 15:13
