This year, we are honored to give towards the Folds of Honor Scholarships! Folds of Honor is an incredible non-profit organization on a mission “to honor the sacrifice of America’s heroes, while giving hope to the bearers of their legacy.” Founded by Lt. Col. Dan Rooney in 2007, Folds of Honor provides life-changing scholarships to the spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled military service members and first responders. The symbol of the folded flag represents its mission, serving as “a constant reminder of those who have paid the ultimate price for our freedom.”
Folds of Honor raises millions of dollars every year to accomplish its mission. Since its founding, the organization has given 44,000 educational scholarships to military and first responder families! Patriot Mobile has proudly given to Folds of Honor for several years. Our donation this year will provide approximately ten scholarships to students in need.
The Folds of Honor Scholarship application window is now open! We encourage dependents and/or spouses of fallen or disabled US service members and first responders to apply for scholarships. The deadline to complete the application is March 31, 2023. However, we recommend you submit your application before March 15th as applications after March 18th will not be given additional time beyond March 31st to provide additional/corrected information.
Applicants can receive scholarships of up to $5,000 for the school year. Scholarship award winners are notified by email on July 15th.
