Directions for Apple Smartphone

1. Open your phone's Settings.
2. Tap General.
3. Tap About.
4. Scroll down and look for your IMEI number.

Directions for Android Smartphone

1. Open your phone's Settings.
2. Tap About Phone or About Tablet.
3. Tap Status.
4. Scroll down and look for your IMEI number.

Tip: You can also find the IMEI number printed inside the phone (usually underneath the battery) on most Androids.

Directions for Flip Phone:

Power off your flip phone.

Remove the battery from the back of the phone.

On the device itself, there is a series of numbers, sometimes labeled as IMEI but other times not.

Look for the id number that consists of all numbers, but no letters.

Tip: On some flip phones the imei number can be found under your phone’s settings.
