In this position, you will field inbound calls from prospective/current members interested in supporting conservative causes. Wireless / Cell Phone Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales and performance goals as outlined by management
  • Provide exceptional quality and service with every interaction
  • Present information to prospects/members in a clear, concise, and professional manner
  • Value every call and lead; treat members with empathy and care
  • Field inbound calls, outbound follow-up, to provide potential members with the information needed to close the sale
  • Use a consultative sales approach to build rapport and determine the device/plan that best meets members’ needs
  • Utilize CRM tools to enter member account information, leads, orders, and upgrades
  • Stay current with conservative causes and industry information, news, technology, and events
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Cell Phone Customer Service Tech Support Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls using active listening skills and assessing customer needs
  • Provide exceptional quality service with every interaction
  • Perform activations, technical support, billing questions, device issue to resolution
  • Stay current with conservative causes and industry information, news, technology, and events

    • Cell Phone Customer Service Tech Support Requirements:

      • Minimum 2 years of wireless customer service highly preferred
      • Excellent attendance performance. Punctual, reliable, and dependable
      • Strong technical knowledge with cell phone devices to troubleshoot issues
      • Experience with telecom billing, MVNO provisioning, data usage limits preferred
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Highly proficient computer skills with multiple programs open, including Microsoft Office
      • Flexible with schedule including working evenings and/or Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays
      • High School Degree with some college/Associates Degree preferred

Quality Assurance Specialist Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Be a ‘subject matter expert’ within the area of tech support department
  • Monitors inbound and outbound calls, completes review of all calls monitored and retains records of calls in current quality assurance system
  • Reports and communicates on internal/external staff performance observed during monitoring
  • Facilitate and participate in call calibrations and performance meetings to discuss trends and opportunities
  • Uses relevant quality assurance tools to evaluate call center interactions in current quality assurance system
  • Works effectively as part of a team atmosphere to provide support, answer questions, and identify additional training opportunities
  • Meets productivity standards in accordance with Patriot Mobile’s Job Description and established Key Performance Indicators
  • Work with Member Services leadership to identify performance gaps and training initiatives to improve departmental and company quality performance initiatives
  • Contribute to the team culture in a positive manner through interactions and documented call reviews
  • Perform other duties/tasks as needed
  • Customer Service Tech Support Supervisor Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Problem-solving capabilities to create meaningful strategies to improve support quality
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work including organizational skills
    • Dependable, including excellent attendance
    • Willing to work overtime and Saturdays
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite including Teams for Business
    • Education and Experience

      • High School Degree with some college/Associates Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training will be considered
      • 2 years MINIMUM experience in a call center quality assurance role
      • 1-2 years’ minimum experience in customer service cell phone / technical support
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams
      • PC Skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems
      • Physical Requirements:

        • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
        • Must be able to work in a variety of spaces to include cubicle, counter, and or desk areas
