Coverage Guarantee: Patriot Mobile’s Coverage Guarantee means that if a customer is experiencing service issues, Patriot Mobile will switch customer to another of our network options at no cost to customer. 4G/5G capable devices are required for 4G/5G service, respectively. Some uses may require certain plans or features. In times of congestion, customer’s data may be temporary slowed. Cellular service is not available in all areas and is subject to system limitations. Coverage in areas outside of the U.S. is specifically excluded from the Coverage Guarantee.
