3. Wait for your new sim card to arrive (typically 4-6 business days)
4. Activate your phone & then you’re all set!

Note: If you’re bringing over your device, make sure your phone is unlocked with your current carrier. If you’re keeping the same number, make sure to have your account number and pin number with your current carrier in order to make the switch to Patriot Mobile.
Yes! You can keep your existing phone number. To transfer (or “port”) your phone number over to Patriot Mobile, we would need your current carrier’s account number and the pin number. Just make sure to not cancel your service with your current carrier until you are successfully switched over to Patriot Mobile.

You have two payment methods: Autopay or My Account Portal.
Autopay: You can forget about worrying about due dates and late payments each month with autopay! All accounts are automatically set up on autopay using a debit or credit card. Please note: your patriot mobile account must be set up on autopay with a debit or credit card.
My Account Portal: You can also pay via the My Account portal online before the automatic payment date.
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
You can view all of your of bills online. Log in to your Patriot Mobile account portal, click on “Statement History” to view your bill.
You pay your first bill upon activating your account.
Depending on your plan, your next bill will be available on either the 6th of the month or 30 days from your activation date. You will receive a notification via email when your bill is available.
When your bill is made available, you can view your bill on the my account portal, under “Statement History.”

When you sign up with Patriot Mobile, you are enrolled in AutoPay. If you would like to set up a new Credit Card or Debit Card payment method you can do so by logging into your Patriot Mobile portal, selecting “Account Details,” and clicking on “Add New Card” under “Payment Methods.”

Once your logged in, follow these steps:
1. Go to Account Details and select “Payment Methods.”
2. Select “Add a New Card.”
3. Click on “Add A New Address” under the “Billing Address” section.
4. Add your new billing address
5. Click “Save Address” to apply the change.
You can contact Member Services (972-PATRIOT) to discuss payment arrangement options.
We do not have any charge or transaction fees for payment methods.
For new Patriot Mobile customers, you can pay for the device up front or you can use the third party company, Klarna, for financing options on your device.
For current Patriot Mobile customers who have an installment plan through Patriot Mobile, please can call Member Services to find out how much is owed on the device and can pay-off their remaining installment plan at any time.

Your bill will not automatically show the person’s name on each device. It will only show the primary name on the account. You can rename your device by clicking “Your Devices” and select “Rename My Phone.”
If you would like to return or exchange a device, please call the Member Services Department at 972-PATRIOT to initiate the return process . The return policy is valid for 14 days from the day the device was delivered.
Once you have received your return label via email, please make sure to restore the device to factory reset and remove any SIM/memory cards.
