At Patriot Mobile, we understand how important it is to be good stewards of the resources God has given us and help those who are in need. Patriot Mobile gives generously to its causes through financial and volunteer support.
As it says in James 1:27, “Pure and undefiled religion before our God and Father is this: to care for orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.”
This month, the Patriot Mobile team served as the hands and feet of Jesus through volunteer work in our community.
The hands and feet of Jesus – at the North Texas Food Bank
Patriot Mobile is proud to support the North Texas Food Bank (NTFB), a non-profit hunger relief organization that distributes food to Texans in thirteen counties. Sadly, the holiday season is a tough time for many who experience hunger.
We’re thankful that our financial donation to NTFB this year provided 36,000 holiday meals!
In October, the Patriot Mobile team volunteered at NTFB, packing enough meals and groceries to provide 16,640 meals! Combined, that’s over 52,000 meals to hungry families this fall.
“Patriot Mobile loves North Texas. This is home for us and we want to give back to our community by donating our time and resources to help those in need this holiday season,” said Jenny Story, Patriot Mobile’s COO.
The hands and feet of Jesus – at Embrace Grace
Patriot Mobile loves the ministry of Embrace Grace! This month, our Patriot Mobile employees had the opportunity to visit the headquarters to pack 300 ‘love boxes’ which will be gifted to young women with unplanned pregnancies to inspire them to choose life.
Officially launched in 2012, Embrace Grace, Inc. equips churches on how to love and support the single and pregnant young women in their communities. “Our dream is for every young woman who experiences an unplanned pregnancy to have a safe, welcoming church to turn to for healing, hope and support in her local area,” Founder of Embrace Grace, Amy Ford, says.
With Roe v. Wade now overturned, ministries like Embrace Grace are needed more than ever. We’re proud to support this pro-life, pro-love ministry!
The hands and feet of Jesus – at Tunnel to Towers 5k
On an early Saturday morning in Fort Worth, Patriot Mobile employees participated in Tunnel to Towers Foundation’s 5k to show our support for this amazing organization.
Born from the tragedy of 9/11, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation carries out its mission to “do good,” by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children and by building custom-designed smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders.
It was an honor to run and walk in solidarity with Tunnel to Towers. Patriot Mobile will always support our military, veteran, and first responder heroes!
