Job Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will report to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will be expected to be proactive and data-driven with a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques. You should be passionate about staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and possess the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing campaigns.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategy and implementation of the company’s
  • Digital Marketing initiatives.
  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Oversee and work with Human Resources regarding discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Work with leadership in establishing/updating departmental policies and procedures.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain an integrated digital marketing calendar.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

  • Monitor budgets, bids, and performance metrics to achieve optimal ROI.

  • Drive content marketing initiatives by developing engaging and compelling content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.

  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand messaging.

  • Manage and oversee all social media platforms, creating engaging content, monitoring trends, and interacting with the online community.

  • Utilize social media analytics to improve performance.

  • Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing customers, while continuously refine strategies to enhance open, click-through, and conversion rates.

  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve site structure to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic.

  • Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and best practices.

  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness of campaigns.

  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, while providing mentorship, guidance, and skill development opportunities to team members.

  • Good understanding of e-commerce and CMS platforms.

  • Stay up to date with digital technology developments.

Education and Experience:

  • High School degree or GED required.
  • Some college/Associates degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service/tech support experience preferred.
  • Call center experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to work in a variety of spaces to include cubicle, counter, and or desk areas.
