My mission is to empower mamas to take care of themselves in addition to taking care of everyone else and to know that #aloneisalie.

I am a mama and homemaker. I’ve been building a community online for over a decade. I am passionate about empowering mothers to know they are not alone in any of their thoughts and struggles. I am a sourdough enthusiast, enjoy working out, and a self proclaimed birth and breastfeeding nerd. I help families vote with their dollar and love partnering with companies that align with our Christian and conservative values. My husband, formally know as HubsBen, and I live in central Ohio with our three babes, Barrett, Bryer and Brielle.
